With regard to the above moving and handling training course you attended.  We are pleased to confirm that you achieved a pass in both the theory and practical elements.  The trainer has given you an overall pass grade 4 out of 4.  This means that you passed with merit and can continue to deliver the Centaur Training & Development resource independently.

The Client Handling Evaluation/Refresher workshop is not an easy course, and those who obtain a full accreditation should be justly proud of their achievement.

Please note, having attended and passed the above course you will not be due to complete your next assessment until 27th September 2017.

The new certificate that was given to you by the trainer is valid until 27th September 2017.  This certificate remains the property of Centaur Training & Development Ltd, and can be withdrawn at any time if you do not maintain the standards required to hold a Keytrainer certificate.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
