Bield Housing Refresher Course

Janet Brewer visited Bield Housing in Edinburgh today, 29th September 15, to deliver a one day Load Management Theory & Client Handling Techniques Refresher Evaluation Workshop. A very productive day was had by all that attended with all five Key Trainers achieving a pass with merit. Attending, and pictured below, there was Peter Deaville from Trust Housing, Craig Meek from Bield Housing, Dawn Newlands from The Brothers of Charity, Lyn Dunkley from The Stroke Association and Jill Mitchell from Kingston Court Care Home.
Minster Care Group Masterclass

Jan Crawford was back with the Minster Care Group this week from the 28th – 30th September to deliver a Load Management Theory & Client Handling Techniques Masterclass course. The two new Key Trainers were joined by an existing Key Trainer on the final day so that she could refresher her practical knowledge and skill.

The course of the week this week was a Handling People with Special Needs Education refresher course held at Fiveways School in Somerset. The trainer for this course was Janet Hunt and she was joined by Heather Pitts and Leigh O’Neill from Fiveways School, Luke Parry from Avalon School, Robyn Gould from Fosseway School and Hilary Townsend from Wiltshire Council.
Handling People with Special Needs Education Refresher Course 22nd September 2015

Today’s refresher course was held at Break charity in Norfolk and we had five Key Trainer attending, the trainer for the day was Janet Hunt. The day was spent problem solving and practicing practical techniques. Attending the course there was Clive Catterall and Ian Chaplin from Break Charity, Caroline Church from EACH and Debbie Bailey and Chris Cook both from Warren School.
Ivy House School 16th September 2015

Janet Brewer has just spent the day at Ivy House School in Derby to deliver a one day Handling People with Special Needs Education refresher course to 7 Key Trainers. A very productive day was had by all attending and brilliant feedback was received at the end of the course from the participants, “This was the best refresher course I have attended, many thanks to Janet” and ” The course was thoroughly enjoyable“
